Coronis’ National Growth Strategy is coming to fruition with the company’s first New South Wales recruit, Nick Giles joining the team under their new e-business model as the Director of NSW.
Director of Coronis Now, Jodie Stainton said how proud she was of the progress so far, especially the calibre of the community and leadership team we’ve attracted so far.
“We now have business partners operating across Queensland, Western Australia and now New South Wales under the Coronis Now model in both property management and sales, with 10 joining us in the past month and achieving phenomenal results,” Ms Stainton said.
“Such exhilarating growth is testament that our model is resonating with skilled real estate professionals.
“The addition of Nick to the team is a big milestone for us as it marks the third state we’ve entered. With Nick’s experience and knowledge, especially in the area of business growth, I know he will be successful heading the state and helping us continue our incredible growth.
Mr Giles said he was excited to be part of something this special and new for the industry.
“I’ve been in the property industry for about 17 years, and I’ve learnt that isolation is a big thing with entrepreneurs, but Coronis’ e-business model has a real community feel and is very genuine,” Mr Giles said.
“I have known Jodie for some time now and I’ve followed Coronis’ journey through industry events so I already had a great respect for the things they had done in their business in Queensland.
“When Jodie joined Coronis and launched this business model, I was quite intrigued. It was an unexpected opportunity to connect with both a colleague and an organisation that I admire, as well as promote a concept that values empathy and performance.
“I’m looking forward to sharing all the cutting-edge elements with more professionals in our industry and delivering exceptional experiences for my clients.”
Coronis Property Management Director Jodi Ford said the future of property management is bright with e-business models creating flexible opportunities.
“Our vision is to help property managers own and run their own business within Coronis, which is a concept that previously had been unheard of,” Mrs Ford said.
“Regardless of where they live in Australia, they can start and grow their own business with the support of industry experts, innovative technology and the Coronis brand.”
