Coronis’ 2018 Centurion Club has taken off and landed in Singapore for an all-expenses paid holiday on the South East Queensland property services group.
Chief Operating Officer Karuna Dimelow said the exclusive club was open to all team members with 12 agents, property managers and mortgage brokers qualifying during FY18.
“We first launched the Centurion Club in 2016 for all of our team to aspire to and incentivize their performance,” Ms Dimelow said.
“To book their ticket on the plane, they need to either hit the qualifying targets if they have never achieved that level before or improve their PB by 20% while maintaining a Net Promoter Score of +50.
“We wanted to create an exclusive club with a big reward that really motivated everyone all year long to strive to be the best they can be and smash out every quarter.
“This is our second annual Centurion Club holiday we’ve taken the team on, with the inaugural Centurion Club enjoying a couple of days in Hong Kong in 2017.
“It’s great to see a few new faces on this year’s trip as well which is what is so great about this club… no one is competing against each other, they only person they are competing with is themselves so if they really want it, all they have to do is look in the mirror and make the decision to give it all they’ve got.
“I saw the itinerary before they left, they’re in for an amazing trip with a lot of bucket list items going to be ticked off such as staying in amazing rooms at the iconic Marina Bay Sands.”
